TrueRead Inc. ("TrueRead," "we," "us," or "our") provides the TrueRead.io application (the "Service"), a third-party integration built for use within the GoHighLevel ("GHL") platform. When you create a TrueRead.io account or subscribe to the Service, we collect information such as your name, business name, email address, and billing details.
To operate the Service, TrueRead.io connects to your GoHighLevel sub-account through GHL's API using the authorization scopes you approve at installation. Depending on the features you enable, this may include:

We retain account information and GHL-derived data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If you uninstall the Service or terminate your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a commercially reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including encryption in transit, access controls, and hosting with reputable cloud infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If the data in question originates from your GoHighLevel sub-account, you may also manage or revoke TrueRead.io's access at any time from your GHL account settings, which will stop further data collection by the Service.

TrueRead.io accesses GoHighLevel sub-account data only to the extent necessary to provide the features you enable, and in accordance with GoHighLevel's Marketplace and API policies. We do not use GHL data for purposes unrelated to the Service, and we do not share GHL sub-account data with third parties for their own independent marketing or advertising purposes.
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of information to these locations, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Policy with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
